    I gave myself a goal to do the 10k in March. I need to give myself a goal to get fit and healthy. So there is no turning back now! So far I am on schedule and doing great! To stay on this path I have also signed up to do a half marathon in December. I do not like doing poorly in any events so I will train this whole year for this event alone.
