You my remember my post from last month about the P-Touch Label Maker and trying to stay organized. I had so many projects around the house it was hard to try and decide where to start using my trusty label maker.
The idea of where to start was a simple one when my son…who is in Kindergarten…came home without his backpack. He was so upset and I knew that if he had something in it to show that it was his backpack it would have made its return much easier (turned out another kids with the same backpack took my little guys home by mistake and left his own in the cubby).
I love that the label maker makes it easy to create different text styles and add little pictographs. They offer quite a selection…my pirate loving son adored having the skull and cross bones next to his name. This may be a minor use of the label maker but the rest of our organization will come once we get the rest of the house and the mainly the shed in line. So I will be excited to show more great uses for the P-Touch label maker. However I did not stop with just back back I went all the way and labeled all of his everyday items so he can read what they are himself.
This weekend it more spring cleaning I still have more items to pull out of the storage closet now that the living room is complete and we have a place for where we are going to place it all. I am loving this new organized lifestyle and cannot wait to organize the rest of the house. I am on my way to a clutter free life!
